SRM, established during the internet growth in the 1990's has been a provider of
records management systems and software applications since it's inception. SRM partnered with SDT Solutions in early 2003 to form a complete records and database information web based soultion for industry and government [Federal, State and Local].

SRM in conjuction with SDT developed their Smart Forms© technology in early 2003 and applied the technology into several information systems for their clientel ranging from small businesses to major corporate entities.

From 2003 to the present time the records industry has taken on a new image of records retention and storage in it's functionality and reliability. Document imaging [scanning] is slowly being replaced by digitized documents and high volume database systems.

SRM uses the Smart Forms© application, a series of user specific digitized forms for their applications. No longer having the need or necessity for file cabinets or scanning operations currently used in records storage applications. In short, no longer is it necessary to maintain large records storage facilities, which cut into operating costs and budgets annually.
